However, SMEs are still facing severe financing constraints and the financing demands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which are orienting toward small and medium-sized banks are facing severe constraints. Besides, there are still considerable difficulties in solving this problem. Many researches proved that small and medium-sized banks have not been able to play their positive roles in reliving the financing constraints of SMEs. Based on this point of view and the current situation, we explored the way to solve the problem of the development of small and medium-sized banks and the financing constraints of SMEs by empirical analysis. The results show that, after small and medium-sized banks and enterprises taking positive and sustainable development measures, the requirement of collateral of SMEs has been reduced and the financing environment of promising SMEs has been improved to some extent. After confirming the positive role of the development of small and medium-sized banks in relieving financing constraints of SMEs, we put forward some practical suggestions for how to ease the financing constraints on SMEs through the development of small and medium-sized banks and enterprises and from different aspects.

Research Hotspot and Frontier Analysis of Business School International Accreditation

Research Hotspot and Frontier Analysis of Business School International Accreditation

Pages 108-115

Author Pengbin GaoYan XiangYiyuan ZhangRong Wan

Abstract International accreditation is the only way for the internationalization of colleges and universities. This paper built a theoretical model to explore the effect of top management team heterogeneity on firm performance, and analyze the moderating role of managerial discretion. Based on the data of 167 listed firms from Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2019, this paper construct a multiple regression model and tested the hypothesis. The empirical results show that gender heterogeneity, tenure heterogeneity and education level heterogeneity have a negative effect on firms performance. At the same time managerial discretion can partially moderates the relationship between the heterogeneity of top management team and firm performance, in which capital intensity and the firm size play a negative moderating role, and duality play a positive moderating role. This paper also explored some moderators affecting this relationship from culture, industry, firm and methodology. The results indicated that the firm’s social capital and its three-dimension had positive impact on innovation performance. At the same time, the age of the firm and the cultural context can also affect the impact of social capital on innovation performance to a large extent. Based on these findings, this paper developed recommendations for future research.

A Study of Investigation and Development of the Current Situation of Wuhan Racing Industry

A Study of Investigation and Development of the Current Situation of Wuhan Racing Industry

Pages 136-140

Author Zherong JinZhimin Jian

Abstract As an important town of China's automobile industry, Wuhan has developed rapidly.
