Study on College Young Teachers’ Scientific Research Capability in Disciplinary Construction

Abstract: The objective of the paper aims to study the necessity and significance of the enhancement of college young teachers’ scientific research capability in the process of disciplinary construction in Chinese colleges and universities. The study emphasizes the necessity and significance for college young teachers to establish the research viewpoint and master the essential research methodologies in the development of research capability, which is of vital importance in the development of disciplinary construction. The paper concludes that the enhancement of college young teachers’ research capability is essential and significant to the disciplinary construction in colleges and universities.
