Abstract: Land use change is one of the important driving factors of regional ecosystem evolution. It is very important to study the influence of land use change on ecological service value and its interaction relationship. Based on the four remote sensing images, this paper uses the remote sensing software and ARCGIS method to calculate and analyze the land use change mechanism of Peibei old industrial base from 2004 to 2015, and according to the field survey results, the ecological service value scale, the ecological service value and its changing trend of Peibei old industrial base were quantitatively analyzed by using the model of ecological service value evaluation and sensitivity index. The results showed that: (1) In 2004, land and traffic land area increased, mainly due to rapid development of the old industrial base of the coal industry, taking up a lot of farmland. (2) The value of ecological services increased from 2471.3027 million yuan to 2568.0739 million yuan between 2012 and 2015, mainly due to the decrease of construction land and traffic land area, the increase of wetland and water area, and the large amount of ecological service value per unit area of water body, so the area of water has a greater impact on the value of ecological services.
