The system carries out the management tasks, including serial port communication control，the data acquisition control, compute，display and storage of the refractive index. The system is easy to implement and operate. Experiments prove that this system works in stabilization,and the collected data is credible. Theory analyses, software and hardware design of the system are introduced in detail.
