The Inspiration of College Personnel Agency System to Dual-track System Teacher in Public Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract: As a stable unofficial teacher system in public schools, the development experience of personnel agency system in college provides a reference value for the optimization of dual-track teacher system in public primary and secondary schools. Based on this, summarizing and sorting out the characteristics of the personnel agency system in colleges according to the existing research results. Then comparing the system with the dual-track teacher system. At last exploring the deficiencies in the development of the dual-track system, and obtaining the inspiration for the optimization of the dual-track system.
