Construction of Adaptability Index System for Old Industrial Building Renovation Based on Principal Component Analysis — Taking Hotel Building as an Example

Abstract: Regarding the transformation of old industrial buildings into hotels, the establishment of a suitable evaluation index system is conducive to the development of urban abandoned industrial buildings. In this study, network text mining, interviews, literature, and document specification research methods were used to establish the second-level indicators of 22 old industrial buildings transformed into hotels. The principal component analysis method was used to determine the first-level indicators of adaptive evaluation, and the old industrial buildings were transformed into hotels. The adaptive evaluation index system provides theoretical guidance for the planning, construction and management of the transformation of old industrial buildings into hotels.
