Abstract: With the continuous improvement and progress of China's social and economic level, the speed of urbanization development continues to increase. During its process of development, economy plays played a role of promotion. Even in any industry, economy has a certain importance. At present, the scale of housing construction projects is getting larger and larger, which is due to the good strategic development opportunities provided by the economy, thereby promoting the development of enterprises. In order to improve the quality of housing construction projects, the relevant construction personnel need to continuously improve their own technology to provide conditions for higher qualities. Among them, foundation treatment construction technology is the basis of project quality. Improving such kind of technology can ensure the overall quality of housing construction, which not only will promote high-quality development for enterprises but also improve their social credibility.
