Investigation and Research on the “Hidden Area” Phenomenon in Residential Buildings and Its Countermeasures

Abstract: “Hidden Area” phenomenon in residential buildings refers to the act of incorporating areas that are not part of the building's legal ownership or property rights into the official property rights area through specific design techniques during the architectural design process. This phenomenon often leads to a variety of negative consequences. This article analyzes the current situation of "area theft" in residential buildings in Luzhou city and provides suggestions for regulating the high-quality development of residential buildings.
