Abstract: Construction management of super-large integrated transportation hubs faces significant complexity, challenging traditional methods for efficient coordination. Based on a mega airport hub project, this paper analyzes prominent difficulties in process coordination, monitoring integration, material traceability, safety training, labor management, and traffic organization. An information-based collaborative construction management platform was developed, leveraging BIM, IoT, and other technologies. Hardware-wise, an integrated command center was established, unifying six functions: traffic, drainage, resource dispatching, emergency response, daily supervision, and aviation security control. Software-wise, innovative modules were implemented, including smart safety management and quality management. Practical application demonstrates that this strategy significantly enhances project management precision and intelligence, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule control, offering a valuable reference model for similar large-scale projects.
