Clinical Study on the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill and Auricular Points Plaster Therapy

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill combined with auricular points plaster therapy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 121 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by single-blind method. The study group was mainly treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill combined with auricular points plaster therapy, and the control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets. The effects were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 91.80%, which was higher than 81.33% of the control group, with no significant difference (P>0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 8.20% and 20.00%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Before treatment, the frequency of angina attack in the study group was 7.26 ± 3.30 times/week, and that in the control group was 7.47 ± 3.10 times/week, with no significant difference (P>0.05); After treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris attack in the study group was 3.07 ± 1.30 times/week, and that in the control group was 3.66 ± 0.82 times/week. The comparison before and after treatment in the study group was P<0.05, which was statistically significant. The comparison before and after treatment in the control group was P<0.05, which was statistically significant, indicating that both groups had significant therapeutic effects. Conclusion: The use of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill combined with auricular points plaster therapy has a definite clinical effect on patients with coronary heart disease. It can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris, reduce the frequency of angina pectoris, improve the efficacy, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and have a higher safety.
