Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical implementation value of personalized nursing care for children with upper respiratory tract infection, high fever, and convulsions. Method: This study selected 62 pediatric patients with upper respiratory tract infection, high fever, and convulsions admitted to the hospital from April 2023 to March 2024, and randomly divided them into groups. The control group (n=31) received routine care, while the observation group (n=31) received personalized care. Results: The control group had a fever reduction time of 34.59±2.98 min, hospital stay of 5.68±1.09 days, and nursing satisfaction score of 63.54±1.09. The observation group had a fever reduction time of 24.09±1.49 min, hospital stay of 3.04±0.19 days, and nursing satisfaction score of 95.46±5.98, showing better performance (P<0.05). The total caregiving ability score for family members in the control group was 19.96±3.89, while the observation group scored 14.59±2.96, indicating better results (P<0.05). The control group's quality of life score was 67.83±2.03, and sleep quality score was 9.71±2.72. The observation group's quality of life score was 95.76±4.82, and sleep quality score was 5.54±1.09, showing better scores (P<0.05). After nursing care, the family members' disease awareness level in the control group was 89.90±5.49, while the observation group scored 98.86±6.95, with the observation group showing better results (P<0.05). Conclusion: For children with upper respiratory tract infection, high fever, and convulsions, personalized nursing care has significant advantages. It can effectively improve treatment outcomes, enhance family members' caregiving abilities, improve children's sleep quality and overall quality of life, optimize satisfaction, and increase family members' awareness levels.
