Nursing Care for a Child with Fever Due to Food Stagnation Using Xiangxi Liu's Pediatric Massage Therapy

Abstract: Fever is a common clinical disease in children, children's spleen is often insufficient, coupled with the diet does not know its own, easy to be hurt by milk food, and the accumulation of heat and cause temperature rise, do not think about diet, abdominal distension full, irritability constipation and a series of food accumulation of heat symptoms. This article summarizes the experience of 1 case of children with fever caused by improper diet and ineffective routine intervention and drug treatment using Liu's massage fever-reducing nursing in Xiangxi. After syndrome differentiation, to open Tianmen, pushing Kan Gong, pushing the sun, pinching the total tendons, breaking up Yin and Yang, pushing the five channels and multiple methods to reduce fever, to clear the spleen channel, clear the large intestine, pushing four cross lines to adjust the nutrition disorders and abdominal distension caused by food accumulation. Through the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, this case of food accumulation fever children's condition gradually recovered, and achieved a good therapeutic effect.
