Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of targeted nursing on sleep disorders in Parkinson’s disease patients. Methods: 142 eligible patients (Jul 2024-Jul 2025) were randomly divided into two groups (71 each). Control group: routine nursing; observation group: targeted nursing for 8 weeks. PSQI, UPDRS scores, remission rate and adverse event rate were compared. Results: Pre-intervention scores were similar (P>0.05). Post-8-week, observation group had lower PSQI/UPDRS scores, higher remission rate (83.10% vs 63.38%, P<0.05), with no difference in adverse events (P>0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing improves sleep quality, alleviates motor dysfunction safely, worthy of clinical promotion.
