Abstract: Objective: This study aims to analyze and study the treatment effects of different treatment methods for female drug addicts with hypertension, and to provide specific treatment methods according to the characteristics of the group. Methods: 60 female patients with drug abuse and hypertension treated from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs, and the experimental group was treated in combination with biofeedback training on the basis of the control group. The effects of different treatment methods on the control of blood pressure, blood lipid, and blood glucose of the two groups were compared, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results: There was no significant difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the decreasing trend of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The blood lipid indexes of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10%, while that in the control group was 6%, showing the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of routine medication with biofeedback training can effectively control the blood pressure of female drug addicts with hypertension, and can reduce the level of blood glucose and blood lipid, which is safe and worthy of clinical application.
