Analysis of the Impact of Refined Nursing Care on Prognosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction During Intravenous Thrombolysis Treatment

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of refined nursing on the prognosis of cerebral infarction patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis and optimize the nursing protocol. Methods: 158 eligible patients admitted from December 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into two groups (79 cases each). The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received refined nursing during thrombolysis, with intervention until discharge and 3-month follow-up. Five indicators including complication rate and NIHSS score were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group showed lower complication rate (6.33% vs 17.72%), better NIHSS and MBI scores, shorter hospital stay, and higher good prognosis rate (78.48% vs 59.49%), with all differences statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Refined nursing during intravenous thrombolysis can reduce complications, promote neurological recovery, shorten hospital stay, improve long-term prognosis, and thus has important clinical value.
