Abstract: Currently it appears that theory breaks away from practice still exists in training mode of construction cost and construction management majors. In order to enhance students' practical ability and employment level, this paper discussed the establishment of the construction cost and consulting studio. Through specialized training mode on construction cost and consulting studio, students during school may engage some actual projects. It will have a good effect to enhance students' professional ability, as well as major development.
