Risk Analysis and Control Measures of Initiation and Acceptance of Shield Machine

Abstract: Shield tunneling has the advantages of high degree of mechanization, high safety, good working environment and fast construction schedule. It is widely used in urban rail transit tunnel engineering. At the same time, the tunnel is the key position in the tunnel construction process, which is directly related to the safety of existing buildings and new tunnels. However, the stage is also the most prone to problems in the construction process. To this end, relying on the Shenzhen Metro Line 7 Che Kung Temple - Shang Sha Station section shield tunneling project, describes the shield machine origin and acceptance of the risk source and effective control measures for similar projects to provide an important reference.
