Research on the Digital Transformation Path and Effect of YTO Express

Abstract: With the wide application of big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other cutting-edge technologies, the express delivery logistics industry is ushering in a golden opportunity period for digital transformation. This paper studies the digital transformation path and its implementation effect of YTO Express. By building a multi-core digital system, YTO Express optimizes the operating efficiency of each link, effectively reduces the core costs, and significantly improves customer satisfaction. The continuous digital transformation has significantly enhanced the market competitiveness of YTO Express and improved the enterprise performance. This study not only summarizes the successful experience of YTO Express, but also provides the reference and inspiration for other enterprises in digital transformation.
