As for Chinese papers, the following items in English are indispensible parts of the paper: paper title, author(s), author(s)'affiliation(s),abstract and keywords. If this is the first time you contribute an article to the journal, please format your manuscript as per the sample paper and then submit it into the online submission system. Accepted papers will immediately appear online followed by printed hard copies by Ivy Publisher globally. Therefore, the contributions should not be related to secret. Abstract: Digital transformation is an inevitable choice for manufacturing enterprises to upgrade and transform, and an important pathway to solving developmental bottlenecks. New-quality talents are one of the critical factors influencing digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises. Currently, Chinese manufacturing enterprises primarily face challenges such as misalignment between new-quality talent requirements and transformation strategies, a single-dimensional talent cultivation system, lack of systematization, and insufficient incentive mechanisms, which impede the digital transformation process of manufacturing enterprises. Based on this, this article proposes corresponding measures, aiming to provide support for achieving high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in China.
