Abstract: With the continuous development of digital technology, digitalization has become a hot topic. As a traditional manufacturing power, our country needs to vigorously promote construction of "Digital China", accelerate the combination of digitalization and manufacturing industry, promote the transformation of productive forces with technology, and improve the level of productive forces and management. This article takes the digital transformation of Fenjiu Group as the research background, introduces its development stage, motivation and path, analyzes the impact of digital transformation the performance of Fenjiu Group, and finally puts forward suggestions for it, in order to provide reference for the digital transformation of liquor manufacturing enterprises.
