Abstract: Under the background of healthy China strategy, vaccine safety is an important link to ensure the health of all people. Perfecting china's vaccine damage relief mechanism is the last line of defense to maintain vaccine safety. With the intervention of vaccine compulsory liability insurance, China will form a vaccine damage relief system based on the government administrative compensation and liability insurance compensation model. Consideration should be given to expanding funding sources for vaccine compensation, simplifying vaccine injury compensation procedures, harmonization of vaccine coverage and standards, and encouraging the development of commercial vaccine-related insurance. Form a vaccine damage relief mechanism that the government, the market and the society share the risk.
