Research on Environmental Governance Issues and Technologies Based on the Concept of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

Abstract: Against the backdrop of increasingly severe global climate change and resource and environmental constraints, energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important strategic approach to promoting ecological civilization construction and achieving sustainable development. This paper, with the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction as its core, systematically analyzes the main problems in China's current ecological environment governance and specifically elaborates on the key governance technologies based on energy conservation and emission reduction. The research in this paper has significant theoretical value and practical significance for further promoting the implementation of China's energy conservation and emission reduction policies, improving the level of ecological environment governance, and accelerating green transformation and development.
