Analysis of Shale Gas Reservoir Characteristics and Permeability Mechanisms

Abstract: Through the analysis of the characteristics of shale gas reservoir, this paper focuses on the formation mechanism and occurrence mechanism of shale gas, and takes the shale gas seepage mechanism as the starting point. In the specific study, the shale gas reservoir in Leping Mountain section was taken as a case to focus on solving related problems, especially focusing on the Daxi seepage, slip effect and kernathori flow. Further study of these key mechanisms provides an important basis for the precise characterization of shale gas. The results not only provide theoretical enlightenment for the exploration and further development of shale gas, but also provide strong support for understanding the complexity of shale gas reservoirs and the formulation of relevant development strategies.
