Analysis of Inspection and Evaluation Techniques for Pressure Vessels under High Temperature Environment

Abstract: Pressure vessels have been widely promoted in the industrial development, and more and more pressure vessels can adapt to the harsh production environment. Under the high temperature environment, pressure vessels can still create value. However, high temperature will inevitably cause wear and damage to the structure and materials of pressure vessels, and the multiple stress effects on pressure vessels themselves will also easily lead to deformation, cracks and other defects of pressure vessels. This paper analyzes the inspection and evaluation technology of pressure vessels under high temperature environment, discusses how to optimize the nondestructive ultrasonic inspection technology of pressure vessels under high temperature environment, and analyzes the application of stress analysis, fatigue analysis, defect analysis in the safety evaluation of pressure vessels.
