The journal receives manuscripts written in Chinese or English. Abstract: To solve the overheat problem and realize the module upgrade in current CATV transmission equipment, power consumptions of micro-processors or SoCs are controlled by monitoring and switching functions. It is like that the product is doing thermal breathing.
