Design of Performance Appraisal System for Safety Management Personnel Based on Balanced Scorecard — Taking Fulian Precision Electronics (Zhengzhou) as an Example

Abstract: This article takes Fulian Precision Electronics (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. as an example to elaborate on the assessment methods for its safety management positions, analyze the shortcomings of its safety management position assessment, and improve the original assessment plan of Fulian Precision Enterprise using the balanced scorecard method. Research has found that existing assessment methods are too broad and urgently need improvement; it is hoped to improve through measures such as improving assessment methods, creating communication channels for issues, and designing scoring assessment forms. Through the practical performance evaluation of the enterprise, the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard can quantitatively and accurately assess the work ability of various safety managers, better demonstrate the value of performance evaluation, and actively demonstrate the safety supervision and risk protection role of safety management positions.
