Research on the Significance and Path of Civil Aviation Nine Characters into Civil Aviation Inspector Training through Education Culture

Abstract: Civil aviation inspector is the key force to ensure the safe operation of civil aviation, shouldering the sacred duties entrusted by the Party and the people. The training of inspectors is an important carrier for strengthening the construction of the safety culture of civil aviation, and is of great significance for improving the professional quality and ethics of inspectors, enhancing the cultural self-confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and enhancing the construction level of the safety culture of civil aviation. This paper first expounds the connotation of the nine characters of civil aviation and the training of civil aviation supervisors, and then analyzes the significance of the nine characters of civil aviation in the training of civil aviation supervisors through education culture. Then, focusing on the connotation of the nine characters of the nine characters of the "help thought, the teaching technology and the style", combining with the experience in the training work, it discusses the route of the nine characters of civil aviation and the training of the "help thought, the teaching technology and the style", so as to further enhance the training quality, improve the training efficiency and effectiveness, and contribute to the development of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
