Exploration of Enterprise Financial Management Model Based on the Perspective of Business-Finance Integration

Abstract: From the perspective of business finance integration, financial management and business management complement and promote each other, promoting the transformation of enterprise financial management, which is of great significance for implementing the goals of enterprise strategic development planning. The article elaborates on the construction and implementation path of an enterprise financial management model based on the integration of business and finance from five aspects: reshaping organizational structure, reengineering business processes, applying information technology, establishing a talent team, and improving assessment mechanisms. The aim is to provide ideas for improving the level of enterprise financial management.
