Abstract: This paper integrated two kinds of modeling methods: e3value and i*, and presented a knowledge resource site optimization framework for business models, described the eight steps to optimize business models. Based on the e3value and i* models of knowledge resource site’s value chain, and selected the typical parameters of knowledge resources Web site to do evaluation. Then we started from the deconstruction of the value elements to find optimization key points of knowledge resources web site business models. Then, for these areas to discuss the corresponding optimization strategy, and finally, its optimization model was examined.
