SWOT Analysis of Resource Utilization of Construction Wastes from Circular Economy Perspective

Abstract: The demand for building materials for large-scale urban construction is increasing day by day, but there are fewer and fewer natural resources, which have led to the necessity of developing the utilization of construction wastes. The resource utilization of construction wastes is an important part of ensuring sustainable development and circular economy. Under circular economy perspective, this article taken circular economy theory of as a guide, detailed analyzed the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities, presented countermeasures and proposals of resource recycling of construction waste through SWOT analysis, which can provide a reference for resource research of construction wastes.
