Research on the Renewal and Development Strategy of Public Facilities in Old Communities from the Perspective of Micro Renewal

Abstract: Under the background of emerging urbanization of stock planning, based on the actual situation of public facilities in old urban communities, through field investigation, case study and comparative research, this paper summarizes the micro renewal design theory, innovative methods, and construction ideas of public facilities in old urban communities, and summarizes the micro renewal model of public facilities in old urban communities in material, emotional, and social dimensions. It also provides a healthy and livable social life atmosphere through the "multi governance" scheme and staged innovation process organically integrated from top to bottom and from bottom to top, which provides a reference for the micro renewal design of public facilities in old urban communities in other regions of China with a perfect system of citizen life, travel, transportation, entertainment, etc.
