Development Direction and Countermeasures of Shenyang Metropolitan Economic Circle under the Pattern of "One Circle, One Belt and Two Districts"

Abstract: Shenyang metropolitan economic circle is the core functional area of "one circle, one belt and two districts" in Liaoning Province, and it is an important engine of high-quality economic development in Liaoning Province. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the development of Shenyang metropolitan economic circle, and clarifies the status and role of Shenyang metropolitan economic circle. It points out that the future Shenyang metropolitan economic circle should focus on optimizing the spatial structure, building a modern industrial system with deep cooperation in the whole industrial chain, continuing to deepen enterprise reform and strengthening regional linkage. Finally, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures for Shenyang metropolitan economic circle, such as optimizing the business environment of metropolitan circle, improving the interconnected transportation infrastructure network, cultivating and attracting high-quality talents.
