Research on Optimizing Salary Management in State Owned Enterprises — Taking Y City Investment Group's Salary Management as an Example

Abstract: Salary management in state-owned enterprises plays a crucial role in distinguishing talents, and is of great significance in motivating employees to work actively, improving satisfaction, enhancing enterprise competitiveness and creativity. This article takes Y City Investment Group as the research object, analyzes and summarizes the problems faced by the company in the process of implementing salary management, and points out that under the background of the transformation of employees from the 1960s to the 2000s, the traditional salary management model is no longer suitable for the current development needs of the enterprise. Therefore, this article proposes a development concept that should focus on "people-oriented, scientific and reasonable". From the perspective of employees, a scientifically designed salary system should be developed to meet their diverse salary and welfare needs, in order to enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise and achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and employees.
