The Value Guidance, Practical Obstacles and Practical Paths of Ideological and Political Course Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities in the New Era — Based on the Perspective of Marxist Humanistic Theory

Abstract: The teaching reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era is a core link in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent and cultivating new era talents capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. With the aid of Marxist theory of human beings, the value guidance logic of the teaching reform of ideological and political courses was deeply explored from the aspects of “human nature”, “human needs” and “human development”. In view of the lagging concepts, difficulties in practical transformation and contradictions in collaborative education existing in the current teaching, guided by the Marxist theory of human beings, the value generation model is reshaped by transforming the practical orientation of theoretical discourse, the intersubjective teaching model is constructed to stimulate the rationality of communication between teachers and students, and the collaborative education environment is optimized to broaden the educational space. And promote the transformation of the developmental evaluation system to the process evaluation.
