The journal receives manuscripts written in Chinese or English. As for Chinese papers, the following items in English are indispensible parts of the paper: paper title, author(s), author(s)'affiliation(s), abstract and keywords. If this is the first time you contribute an article to the journal, please format your manuscript as per the sample paper and then submit it into the online submission system. Design and Implementation of Mobile Law Enforcement Platform for IllegalBuildings

Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization and environmental information, the scale and number of illegal buildings are constantly rising, which seriously affects the image of the city. Therefore, environmental supervision is increasingly burdened and important. In order to effectively curb the growth of illegal buildings, a mobile law enforcement platform system for illegal buildings was designed based on the Android mobile terminal platform environment combined with remote sensing technology. The system is applied to the illegal audit of the homestead, and the staff can use the mobile terminal to synchronize the evidence of the suspected target object on-site when the mobile terminal is confirmed at any time and place, thereby reducing the workload and improving the accuracy of the law enforcement efficiency.
