Abstract: Radar target echo simulator is widely used in radar development and maintenance. Radar target echo modulation is the core of radar target echo simulator. This paper introduces the method of radar target echo modulation based on wideband digital radio-frequency memory, and introduces the hardware architecture of wideband digital radio-frequency memory.
