The main focus of the journal is the academic papers and comments of latest architectural research improvement in the fields of nature science, engineering technology, economy and science, report of latest research result, aiming at providing a good communication platform to transfer, share and discuss the theoretical and technical development of architectural theory development for professionals, scholars and researchers in this field, reflecting the academic front level, promote academic change and foster the development of architectural theory and design method.

The journal receives manuscripts written in Chinese or English. As for Chinese papers, the following items in English are indispensible parts of the paper: paper title, author(s), author(s)'affiliation(s), abstract and keywords. Research on Risk Assessment and Control Strategies in Construction Project Management

Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid development in the construction industry, project scales are expanding, and technical complexities are increasing. Traditional risk management methods are increasingly inadequate to meet the challenges of modern construction projects. This study focuses on risk management in construction projects and explores how to enhance the effectiveness of risk management through technological innovation in the context of digital transformation. The research analyzes the main types of risks faced by the construction industry and their characteristics, proposing a multi-tiered risk management strategy framework that emphasizes the integrated use of preventive, mitigative, emergency, and decentralized strategies. It then highlights the applications of BIM technology, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence in risk management, revealing how these technologies are transforming the methods of risk identification, assessment, and control. The study indicates that technological innovation is driving a shift in risk management from being experience-driven to data-driven, and from passive response to proactive prevention. By constructing a digital management platform and integrating various technological innovations, it is possible to achieve systematic, intelligent, and collaborative risk management. However, technological innovation also brings new challenges, such as the complexity of technology integration and the vulnerability of data security. Accordingly, this study suggests that construction enterprises should increase investment in technological innovation, strengthen data governance, and reconstruct risk management processes to address the challenges of risk management. It is hoped that these efforts will contribute positively to enhancing the level of risk management in construction projects and promoting sustainable development in the industry.
