Effect of Pain Management Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Patients with Minimally Invasive Interventional Surgery

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application value of pain management combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention in patients with minimally invasive interventional surgery. Methods: A total of 66 patients with minimally invasive interventional surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (33 cases) and an observation group (33 cases). The control group received routine perioperative nursing. The observation group was treated with pain management and TCM emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The degree of pain and changes in psychological state were observed 24 h and 48 h after operation. Results: After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the VAS scores of the observation group at 3h, 6h and 12h after operation were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Pain management combined with TCM emotional nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with minimally invasive interventional surgery, improve their negative emotions, and help to improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
