Acquisition and Response of Enterprise M&A Information in the Context of Big Data

Abstract: With the economic growth and social progress, enterprise M&A has become one of the main means of enterprise development and expansion. However, in the actual process, there are numerous failed M&A cases caused by information asymmetry, and big data technology has escaped from the original computer field with the development of the times, and infiltrated into the development and application of all walks of life. Based on this, in the context of big data, this paper designs the acquisition process through big data modeling, and uses API and web crawler technology to process information in the information acquisition stage, greatly improving the universality and effectiveness of information, and providing ideas for the application of big data in the acquisition process.
