Research on Compliance Management of Medical Institutions on Frozen Embryos

Abstract: The compliance management of medical institutions on frozen embryos has shortcomings in management concept, management behavior and risk aversion. Under the background of the increasing application of artificial assisted reproduction technology, the loopholes in compliance management will inevitably bring unnecessary disputes to medical institutions, and even create administrative liability risks and legal liability risks. At present, there is a big gap between medical institutions' compliance management expectation and litigation practice, and there is a contradiction between their compliance management concept and judicial attitude. Perhaps medical institutions should change their focus, start from the medical service contract itself, conduct compliance management from the source, improve the contract content, and build a multi-level informed consent system. Finally, introduce the power of judicial procedure to reduce the legal risk and administrative responsibility risk.
