Technologies for High-Quality and Efficient Cultivation of Stropharia Rugosoannulata under Grapes in Plastic Greenhouse Facilities in Guangdong

Abstract: This study systematically investigates the high-quality and efficient cultivation technology of Pleurotus geesteranus under the canopy of facility-grown grapes in Guangdong Province, China. Based on the unique subtropical climate conditions and facility grape cultivation characteristics in Guangdong, as well as the biology of Stropharia rugosoannulata, a scientific, efficient, and environmentally friendly integrated technology system is proposed to address the issue of land idleness during non-production seasons in vineyards, effectively utilize pruning waste, enhance economic benefits, promote resource recycling, and improve the ecological environment. The cultivation technology integrates critical aspects such as planting season selection, strain choice, site preparation, substrate formulation and fermentation, seeding and soil coverage management, fruiting stage management, harvesting and processing, and pest and disease control. This technology realizes the harmonious unity of resource-efficient utilization, environmental friendliness, and economic benefits. It serves as a replicable and scalable model for forest floor edible mushroom cultivation in Guangdong and similar climatic regions, contributing to agricultural technological innovation, farmer income augmentation, ecological improvement, and the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
