The Impact of Integrated Trauma Scoring Emergency Intervention Model on the Efficiency and Severity of Emergency Treatment for Multiple Trauma Patients

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the impact of the integrated trauma scoring emergency intervention model on the emergency response efficiency and trauma severity of patients with multiple traumas. Method: This study included 90 patients with multiple traumas who received treatment at our hospital between January 2023 and May 2024. Among them, 45 cases received the standard emergency nursing mode as the control group, and another 45 cases received the trauma scoring integrated emergency intervention mode as the observation group. Compare first aid efficiency, trauma severity score, rescue effectiveness, and incidence of adverse events between the two groups. Results: The rescue efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The prehospital emergency treatment, multidisciplinary consultation, and emergency rescue time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the ISS scores of both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group; There was also a significant difference in CRAMS scores (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrated rescue strategy guided by trauma scoring has effectively improved the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency treatment for multiple injuries, optimized the trauma status of patients, and reduced the occurrence of adverse events.
