Effect of Chuzhen Technology in the Nursing of Patients with Pain after Interventional Therapy for Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Chuzhen technology intervention on the nursing of patients with pain after interventional therapy of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods: A total of 58 patients with pain after ASO intervention admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to February 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. There were 29 patients in the control group who received routine postoperative care. There were 29 cases in the observation group, and Chuzhen technology intervention was added in addition to routine nursing. The improvement of postoperative pain and sleep quality were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was lower after intervention (P < 0.05). After intervention, the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of Chuzhen technique can effectively help patients with pain after ASO intervention to relieve pain and improve sleep quality, which is of great significance for postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
