Impact of Multidisciplinary Team Collaborative Clustered Fast-Track Rehabilitation Nursing Measures on Surgical Outcomes and Rehabilitation Quality in Ovarian Cancer Patients

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical value of bundled enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nursing measures under multidisciplinary team (MDT) collaboration for postoperative prognosis, rehabilitation quality, and complication prevention in ovarian cancer surgery patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing elective surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional perioperative nursing care for ovarian cancer, while the observation group was treated with a bundled ERAS nursing protocol under MDT collaboration. Postoperative rehabilitation indicators, pain scores, inflammatory stress markers, complication rates, and rehabilitation quality scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group exhibited significantly lower postoperative rehabilitation indicators and VAS scores at various time points compared to the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, CRP, and Cor, as well as the total complication rate, were lower in the observation group (P<0.05). The SF-36 quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score were higher in the observation group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Bundled ERAS nursing under MDT collaboration can significantly accelerate postoperative recovery in ovarian cancer patients, alleviate pain and inflammatory stress, reduce complication risks, and improve prognosis and rehabilitation quality, aligning with the clinical needs of precision nursing.
