Abstract: Objective: To analyze the impact of diverse health promotion models in obstetric care on pregnant women's conception and compliance with birth and provide scientific basis for clinical obstetric care. Methods: Two hundred pregnant women who underwent obstetric examination and were planning to give birth in the maternity department of the hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were divided into a control group and an observation group of 100 cases using a random numerical sampling method. The control group used a conventional health missionary model and the observation group used diverse health missionary models. Pre-intervention, 4 weeks after intervention and before delivery were evaluated on the delivery cognitive scores of the two groups of pregnant women, recording their cooperation during delivery, and statistics on the delivery outcomes (natural delivery rate, cesarean delivery rate, and length of delivery). SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze the differences between the groups by independent sample t-test and Chi square test. Results: Four weeks after intervention and before delivery, the pregnant women in the observation group had a delivery cognitive score (82.3 ± 5.6) and the score of (90.5 ± 4.2) was significantly higher than that of (65.2 ± 6.1) and (72.1 ± 5.8) in the control group (P < 0.05). The rate of good delivery cooperation was 92.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 68.0% in the control group (χ2 = 16.734, P < 0.001). The rate of spontaneous delivery in the observation group was 80.0%, higher than the rate of 56.0% in the control group. The rate of cesarean delivery was 20.0%, lower than the rate in the control groups. The first, second and total delivery time were shorter than in the control. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of diverse health promotion models in obstetric care can significantly improve pregnant women's delivery awareness and delivery timing and improve delivery outcomes, and deserve clinical application.
