Analysis of the Construction of Human Resource Information System under the Digital Transformation

Abstract: This paper takes the lead in introducing the necessity of human resources information system, and then through professional research and analysis, ascertains the human resources information system construction process. This process includes the introduction of integrated management system, digital recruitment, build staff self-service system, promote digital training and strengthen data privacy protection. According to the information system construction state, we put forward the effective method of human resources information system construction, so as to effectively enhance the human resources information system construction under the digital transformation and development level.
