Design and Development of After-sales Service APP for Industrial Internet Fall Detection Equipment

Abstract: In the context of rapidly advancing mobile internet technology and an aging population, the healthcare sector is adopting digital tools to improve service quality and efficiency. This paper presents a company's development of an after-sales service APP for fall detection devices, built on the XinDao YonBIP platform. The app aims to provide efficient service channels for both healthcare providers and patients, enhancing user experience and service efficiency. By analyzing the needs for after-sales service of small medical devices through the example of fall detection sensors, the article explores the platform's design principles and technical implementation, and anticipates its future applications. This contributes new insights and solutions towards the digital transformation of medical services.
