Analysis on the Importance and Feasibility of Introducing Sports Rehabilitation into Physical Education

Abstract: Physical education promotes the integration of learning and life, improves the physical quality of students, can promote the healthy growth of students. At present, the state also attaches more and more importance to physical education, and requires colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of physical education curriculum and cultivate students' consciousness of physical exercise. But in the process of playing sports, injuries are inevitable. Based on this, it becomes more and more important to introduce sports rehabilitation into physical education. Therefore, colleges and universities should pay attention to the reasonable integration of sports rehabilitation when carrying out the innovation and reform of physical education curriculum, so as to ensure the life and health of students in the process of sports, and constantly improve students' sports consciousness. In order to promote the effective integration of physical education and sports rehabilitation, through the literature method and empirical method, the physical rehabilitation study, first summarizes the connotation of sports rehabilitation, then analyzes the importance of physical education, and finally puts forward the feasibility of sports rehabilitation measures, in order to provide reference for related schools.
