Research on Quality Management Training Model Innovation Based on Digital Transformation

Abstract: The digital transformation wave has placed higher demands on enterprise quality management levels and brought new challenges to the competency structure of quality management professionals. Traditional quality management training models can no longer meet the needs of the digital era, and enterprises urgently need to cultivate compound quality management talents with new skills such as data analysis capabilities, innovative thinking, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities. This research aims to explore innovative design of quality management training models in the context of digital transformation and construct a scientific evaluation system. The study analyzes the impact of digital transformation on quality management training, pointing out the deficiencies of traditional models in content, methods, and platforms. Therefore, this research proposes a quality management training model based on digital transformation, constructed from three dimensions: content, methods, and platform. Regarding training content, it incorporates new technologies such as data analysis, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and advanced concepts like lean production and Six Sigma to enhance trainees' digital literacy and practical capabilities. For training methods, it adopts a hybrid online-offline mode, combining online learning, mobile learning, virtual simulation, and other approaches, utilizing big data and artificial intelligence technologies to achieve personalized learning. In terms of training platform, it builds a digital platform that integrates quality resources and provides one-stop learning services supporting mobile learning. For evaluation, it constructs an indicator system covering four dimensions: learning effectiveness, skill improvement, behavioral change, and performance improvement, using both quantitative and qualitative methods for comprehensive assessment. Based on evaluation results, the research will propose improvement suggestions to continuously optimize the training model, enhance training effectiveness, cultivate high-quality management talents adapted to the digital era, and support enterprise digital transformation.
