Research on the Construction of Thesis Quality Assurance System for Local Applied Undergraduate Economics Majors Based on OBE Teaching Concepts

Abstract: Undergraduate thesis, as the last link of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, its quality reflects the results of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, and is a test of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. The quality of each undergraduate thesis has declined to different degrees in recent years, for which the Ministry of Education has introduced a sampling method for undergraduate thesis, which was officially implemented in January 2021. Local applied undergraduate economic thesis has both common problems of undergraduate thesis quality and its own characteristics. By analyzing the problems of thesis quality of local applied undergraduate economics majors, it is proposed to carry out the educational concept of OBE throughout, build a quality assurance system based on the educational concept of OBE, and ensure the quality of thesis from the selection of topics, contents, and research methods.
